How can I lose after baby weight without “dieting”?

I am having a baby in March and I hate feeling so heavy. I needed to lose before I got pregnant and I actually lost since I’ve gotten pregnant but that won’t last long since I’m now at the point where I am hungry a lot, and the baby will add some extra weight. I can’t afford Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, or any of the other structured weight loss plans. How does anyone else do it, besides just watching what you eat? I know for a fact that this doesn’t always work, but I want to feel my age again.
